I received a massage yesterday from Sophie Clark. As a bigger guy I was a little hesitant. I’ve received bad massages in the past. I had no reason to be afraid. Sophie performed a deep tissue that provided relief in some key areas that I had been feeling quite a bit of pain and tightness in for some time. She was professional and courteous throughout the massage. I highly recommend booking with her!

GWP Physical Therapy is seriously top-notch. The space is clean, modern, and calm, and you immediately feel like you’re in good hands. The therapists are sharp, attentive, and actually take the time to understand what’s going on. Everything is personalized, focused on real long-term progress, and clearly rooted in experience—not quick fixes. You always know why you’re doing what you’re doing. Every session feels intentional and well-thought-out. Easily one of the best physical therapy experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.

I have been getting pelvic floor physical therapy support from Rachel Peck. She is the best! She has been encouraging and patient and answers my questions during my visits. I highly recommend her!

I have been doing PT with GWP for about a year, and my condition with my right SI joint has massively improved. Katherine has been an angel in every way. She is incredibly knowledgeable, eager to learn more and adapt my plan to help me with where I am at, and has supported me as other things have arose physically. When I started PT a year ago, I was in so much pain, and now I am able to do the things I love doing with confidence and ease. I am grateful for Katherine, Lauren and the whole GWP PT team.

I have used GWP's team to help with almost every joint from injuries. Lauren and her team excel in both clinical care and professionalism. I've tried different modalities of therapy with GWP including traditional PT, massage therapy, soft wave therapy, and more recently dry needling. The dry needling technique for TMJ was a game changer. It was very easy to tolerate and provided immediate and lasting relief. This combined with the PT exercises have improved my overall quality of life and ability to get back to things I enjoy. Thanks GWP!

The team at GWP provides both exceptional customer service and patient care. I have sent many patients to them who all report having a great experience and outcomes. Based on their professionalism and results with my patients, I have now become one of their patients myself! I have found the entire staff to be efficient, pleasant, informative, timely and very knowledgeable. The facility is immaculate! Dr. Jen has an impressive skill set and is very knowledgeable. I know that I am in good hands and that they will be able to get me back on the right track. I had a great experience at GWP with Katherine. She's very informative and POSITIVE. She made sure I got at home exercise videos to help further my recovery. She's very gentle yet she pushed me to make sure I got the best out of everything/exercise that was in my plan. One major thing she taught me is to BREATHEEEEE!!!! LOL! I was breathing but not as intentional with it as I should have been (I would hold my breathe when in pain instead of breathing thru it steadily). That helped alot THANKS AGAIN KATHERINE!!! THANKS AGAIN GWP!

Katherine from GWP Physical Therapy has been wonderful! As I prepared for a trek in the Himalayas, I wondered if I should cancel the trip because of the pain. I was so impressed that GWP had Softwave technology (I did my research). Katherine has been very instrumental in helping me recover from my hip injury using Softwave. The GWP clinic is well managed, the staff is attentive, location is well equipped, spotlessly clean. I am very grateful for how genuinely caring Katherine was in helping me. Above all, the results are everything! I am heading into this great adventure of a lifetime, with anticipation and appreciation! Thank you!

The staff at GWP are the best in town! They are both friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of services including Physical Therapy, full body massages, SoftWave therapy, and more to offer a well rounded approach to get you back on your feet! Katherine is a highly informed PTA who is passionate about her work and truly understands the mechanics of the body, can pinpoint your injury with ease and offer a multitude of avenues for treatment with high rates of success. Sophie is a top tier massage therapist and personal trainer that will have your body reach relaxation within the first massage using just the right amount of pressure through her extensive knowledge and application of each muscle group. With both of their help, I am recovering from knee, hip, and shoulder injury’s. 10/10 recommend.

I just completed my treatment at GWP after about 9 months, and it was incredibly bittersweet to leave!! Rachel Peck is incredibly skilled, and an expert at helping me feel relaxed and confident as I navigated pelvic floor physical therapy. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. And in addition to an excellent experience, I have found so much relief and recovery from issues I had struggled with for years and years. Everyone at GWP is warm and helpful, and I’m so grateful to have been able to work with them for the time that I did! I will continue recommending them to anyone with physical therapy needs!
